15% partner discount - terms & conditions
1. The promoter
The promoter of the Black Rooster Gym Partner discount is Black Rooster Franchising Ltd, trading as Black Rooster Peri Peri (“Black Rooster”, “we”, “us”).
2. The offer
Eligible Gym Partner members are entitled to 15% off the total value of eligible items purchased in a qualifying transaction at Black Rooster Duke Street, subject to these Terms & Conditions.
The discount has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other alternative.
3. Who is eligible?
The offer is available only to current members of a participating Black Rooster Gym Partner who have been issued with a valid Black Rooster Gym Partner pass or key fob.
The pass is intended for use by the gym member to whom it was issued and must not be sold, transferred, copied or reproduced.
Black Rooster may ask for reasonable evidence that the person using the pass is a current member of a participating partner gym.
Eligibility for the discount ends if the holder ceases to be a member of the participating gym or if the relevant gym ceases to participate in the Black Rooster Gym Partner programme.
4. How to claim the discount
The valid Gym Partner pass must be presented to a member of staff before payment is completed.
The discount will then be applied at the till to the qualifying transaction.
The discount cannot normally be applied retrospectively once a transaction has been completed.
5. Where the offer can be used
The Gym Partner discount is valid only at Black Rooster Duke Street.
It is not valid at any other Black Rooster restaurant unless Black Rooster expressly states otherwise.
The offer is in-store only and does not apply to orders placed:
through the Black Rooster website or any online ordering service;
for delivery;
through third-party platforms such as Just Eat, Deliveroo or Uber Eats; or
through any other third-party ordering service.
6. Value of the discount
A qualifying customer will receive 15% off the applicable price of their qualifying order.
7. Other promotions and discounts
The Gym Partner discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, reduced price item, lunchtime/daytime meal deal, promotional code, voucher or promotional offer, unless Black Rooster expressly states otherwise.
Where more than one discount or promotion is available, the customer may be required to choose which offer they wish to use.
Only one Gym Partner discount may be applied to each customer's qualifying transaction.
8. Availability
All food and drink remains subject to normal menu and stock availability.
The existence of the Gym Partner discount does not guarantee the availability of any particular menu item.
9. Lost, damaged or duplicated passes
Black Rooster is not responsible for replacing lost or damaged Gym Partner passes unless otherwise agreed with the participating gym.
Black Rooster reserves the right to refuse a pass where there are reasonable grounds to believe that it has been copied, altered, transferred, fraudulently obtained or otherwise misused.
10. Refunds
Where a qualifying purchase is subsequently refunded, any refund will be calculated by reference to the amount actually paid after the Gym Partner discount was applied, subject always to the customer's statutory rights.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any rights a customer has under applicable consumer law.
11. Duration of the offer
The Gym Partner discount begins on 10th August 2026.
The scheme is intended to operate on an open-ended basis and therefore has no fixed closing date.
Black Rooster may bring the Gym Partner programme, or an individual gym partnership, to an end on reasonable notice. Where reasonably practicable, notice of any material change or withdrawal will be provided through this page and/or communicated through participating gyms.
Any withdrawal or amendment will not affect a qualifying purchase that has already been completed.
12. Changes to these Terms & Conditions
Black Rooster may update these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary to reflect changes to the Gym Partner programme, participating gyms, operational requirements or applicable law.
Any material change affecting a customer's ability to use the offer will be communicated clearly and will not be applied retrospectively to completed purchases.
The latest version of these Terms & Conditions will always be available on this webpage.
13. General
Black Rooster reserves the right to refuse the discount where these Terms & Conditions have not been complied with or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, abuse or misuse of the scheme.
If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will continue to apply.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable Scots law, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights.
