1. Eligibility

The Black Rooster Gym Partner Secret Menu is available exclusively to current members of recognised Black Rooster Duke Street partner gyms.

To order from the Secret Menu, customers must present either:

• a valid Black Rooster Gym Partner key fob; or

• valid proof of current membership of a recognised Black Rooster partner gym.

Proof of eligibility must be shown to a member of staff at the till before payment is completed.

Black Rooster reserves the right to refuse access to the Secret Menu where valid proof of eligibility cannot be provided.

2. Participating Store

The Gym Partner Secret Menu is available exclusively at Black Rooster Duke Street.

Secret Menu products are not available at any other Black Rooster location unless specifically stated.

3. In-Store Orders Only

Secret Menu items can only be ordered in store at the till.

They are not available through:

• the Black Rooster website or app;

• delivery orders;

• click & collect;

• Deliveroo;

• Just Eat;

• Uber Eats; or

• any other third-party ordering platform.

4. Accessing the Secret Menu

Customers may be required to complete the Gym Partner registration form before accessing the online Secret Menu.

Completion of the form does not itself provide eligibility to purchase Secret Menu products. Valid proof of membership or a Gym Partner key fob must still be presented when ordering in store.

5. Secret Menu Products

The Secret Menu consists of specially selected products created for the Black Rooster Gym Partner programme.

Products, recipes, ingredients, portion sizes, prices and available flavour options may be updated from time to time.

All Secret Menu items are subject to availability.

6. Prices

Secret Menu products will be charged at the prices displayed on the current Gym Partner Secret Menu at the time of ordering.

Any future change to pricing will apply only to subsequent purchases and will not affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for.

7. Calories & Protein

Calorie and protein information displayed on the Secret Menu is calculated using Black Rooster's standard recipes, ingredients and portion sizes.

Actual nutritional values may vary slightly as a result of normal preparation and portioning variations.

Nutritional values may also vary depending on the customer's choice of flavour sauce, dip or permitted customisation. Where different options materially affect the nutritional information, customers should refer to the relevant nutritional information provided.

8. Allergens

Secret Menu products may contain allergens and are prepared in an environment where other allergens are handled.

Customers with a food allergy or intolerance should inform a member of staff before ordering and refer to the current Black Rooster allergen information.

Please do not rely solely on the Secret Menu's product description when making decisions relating to allergies or intolerances.

9. Gym Partner Discount

Where an eligible customer is also entitled to the Black Rooster Gym Partner 15% discount, that discount may NOT be applied to qualifying Secret Menu purchases. Prices have been calculated based on this discount already being applied.

The Gym Partner discount cannot be combined with any other promotional discount, voucher, promotional code or offer unless expressly stated otherwise.

10. Key Fobs & Membership

Gym Partner key fobs remain intended for use by eligible members of recognised partner gyms.

Key fobs must not be sold, copied, reproduced or fraudulently transferred.

Black Rooster may refuse use of a key fob or other proof of membership where there are reasonable grounds to believe it has been copied, altered, fraudulently obtained or otherwise misused.

11. Availability

All products and ingredients are subject to availability.

If an advertised ingredient is unavailable, staff may offer an alternative where appropriate. Any substitution that materially changes the product will be explained before the customer purchases it.

12. Changes to the Secret Menu

The Gym Partner Secret Menu is an ongoing partner benefit and does not currently have a fixed closing date.

Black Rooster may add, remove or change Secret Menu items, prices or participating partner gyms from time to time.

Black Rooster may also withdraw the Secret Menu programme on reasonable notice. Any change or withdrawal will not affect purchases already completed.

13. Misuse

Black Rooster reserves the right to refuse access to the Gym Partner Secret Menu where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, abuse or misuse of the programme.

14. Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects a customer's statutory consumer rights.
